 CA residents must mail or e-mail a copy of their actual license or other offical ID, ammunition will not be sent to any other address than that which is listed on the ID.

By filling out the following form, you are certifying that you are over the age of 21 years, and there are no State, Local, or Federal laws that prohibit you from buying ammunition.
